RC Corrocare Industries Pvt. Ltd. made a very modest beginning in 1992 when our first plant was set-up. The company started manufacturing various Acid Resistant Cements and Coatings, any chemical industries floors,drains,storage & reaction vessels etc. require suitable lining to prevent corrosion.normally a memebrane is considered for protection. membrane is bonded to the sub-base and being such in coposition , which will resitant to certain chemicals and will provide an impermable barrier. In some cases this membrane is all that is required, but in many intances, where highly corrosion chemicals are in use and/or operative temprature is high and mechanical abuse occure , an additional lining of chemical resisting brick/tile should be installed. Obviously , it is of no value to provide the brick/tile lining witthout bedding & jointing of material itself , which is not resistant to chemicals. We at RC Corrocare Industries Private Limited cater for these,by manufacturing full range of chemical resisting mortars , for bedding & jointing chemical resiting brick/tile lining . Concrete is the most widely uesd construction material in the world , but concrete floors are rarely put into use without surface finish, in today's modern indusries.the specifications of floor topping should meet high standards & increasingly severe service requirements like : easy & quick to apply ,attractive appearance ,seamless ,durable and also good chemical resistant with ability to withstand heavy traffic and easy clean proprties. Appart from supplying chemical resisting mortars we at RC Corrocare Industries Private Limited. employes a contractual force, trained to undertake all types of apllications which call for protection against corrosive materials. Moreover , we are always avialable to discuss any specific problem for corrosion protection , and to offer most suitable & economical specification. We have our manufacturing facility in GIDC Vatva. The factory is equipped with state of the art production and testing equipments and has a production capacity of 2000 MT per annum. It also has state of the art laboratory for quality control and product development. In 2009 we have recently commissioned our second factory in GIDC Bavla for supplies to our International customers.This plant has increased our production capacity by an addition of another 2000 MT per annum. We have a dedicated team to develop new products, upgrade the existing products and develop new applications based on the feedback from the customers about their requirements. Our technical team has vast onsite experience of application of our products. They assist clients in designing, selecting, specification framing and site execution of various systems. They have at their disposal modern equipments like Vacuum Assisted Shot Blasting machine, Hot Compressed Air Blasting machine, Diamond and Tungsten Carbide Surface Grinders, Power Trowel etc.
